Lead the Way: Join Our 2025-2026 PTA Board Team

 

Many of our current board members will be graduating out of the program at the end of the 2024-2025 school year, and we need enthusiastic parents to step into key roles, including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, VP of Membership, VP of Communications, and VP of Hospitality.

 

 

President: The President leads our PTA by presiding over meetings, coordinating committees, signing financial documents, and representing the PTA at various functions. This role is crucial for the smooth operation and success of our PTA initiatives.


Vice President: Assist the President and step in during their absence. As a VP, you will play a vital role in supporting our goals and ensuring continuity in our activities.


Secretary: Record minutes, maintain membership lists, and ensure meetings are conducted smoothly. Your organizational skills will keep us on track!


Treasurer: Manage PTA funds, keep accurate financial records, and ensure transparency in all financial dealings. Your attention to detail will safeguard our financial integrity.


VP of Membership: Drive our membership efforts to ensure we have a thriving PTA community.


VP of Communications: Oversee our website, social media, and communications, ensuring parents are informed and engaged.


VP of Hospitality: Plan and execute events to appreciate our teachers and staff, creating a welcoming community atmosphere.
